The Christmas artiklene er tatt opp samme dag med DPD og DHL da bestilles før 12.00 hours. Leveransene er på hverdager fra mandag til fredag fra 9:00 til 17:00. Når du ikke er hjemme pakken vil bli levert gratis neste dag. Når du er ofte ikke hjemme, råder vi deg til å fylle ut en bestemt ukedag at du er hjemme slik at vi kan ta dette i betraktning. Enda bedre er å fylle ut en alternativ adresse (familie, naboer, arbeid). For forsendelser utenfor Europa og til øyene vennligst kontakt oss.

Order for Norway

We provide tax-free delivery (without VAT NL). As a Norwegian customer you can order as normal - you pay only the net amount (that is without 19% VAT).
In the article detail pages you will find the net price. Having selected Norway as delivery country, prices appear only as net prices.

How do I pay for my order?
We currently provide advance payment or credit card payment. Orders with credit card payments will be sent immediately, all other orders will be sent out after receipt of payment. The Bank transfers usually takes 2-5 business days.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery is usually with DPD - parcel service and takes 3-5 working days.
Note that the articles must also pass the customs and the delivery may be possibly be delayed..

How much is shipping?
They currently amount to flat rate of € 65.00 per order, regardless of the quantity ordered. The shipping costs include customs clearance. Customs fees, such as import duty and sales tax are payable by the receiver to the shipping company. All parcels sent from abroad to Norway have to clear Norwegian customs.
